How public transport is being affected by Covid across Europe ?

On 12 July, French President Emmanuel Macron announced that long-haul public tranportation passengers will require a Covid Pass to travel, while on 19 July UK will scrap all nation-wide legal restrictions for public tranport and more. How is public transportation currently reacting to the pandemic across Europe, and are these regulations here to stay?
